Christmas Living Room and Stairway

I was going to share part 2 of our home tour but didn't get the pictures taken. This week is crunch time for all of us!SO, here is the living room and stairway garland. I hope you are "wrapping up" your Christmas preparations:) Sorry, couldn't resist! As you know I have collected Santas for many years.
I put a wreath and garland around some of my blue and white jars.

The day I took these it was very overcast so I apologize for the pics....

My Italian Father Christmas, made by a lady in Texas.
 Life sized Joyce Ditz Santa.

2 Polish Santas on the hearth made by the lady in Texas.

Some Belsnickle type Santas on the round table. As you can see, I have a "TREE" theme going this year.
 Some vintage Santas too.

 This one made in Germany.

Santa on one of my elephants from Vietnam.

Fitz and Floyd Santa and deer on the coffee table

Large Byers Choice Santa at the foot of the stairs.
I swagged the garland this year for safety!
Sugared fruits, leopard and gold fill the garland.

Thanks so much for your visit at this very busy time! I wish each of you a very merry Christmas and a Happy new year!!!
XO, Pinky

A Night Time Christmas House Tour

I will do my house tour in 2 parts. This Sat. night we had our neighborhood luminaries, and home tours and then a dessert social at the clubhouse. I thought I would share with you as I was one of the homes on the tour. We'll start at the front door.
As you enter you see the stairway decorated with a garland. I swagged it this year for a new look and safety!
To the right is the dining room.
And to the left is this hall table with my Asian Santa:)
 and my Asian lamp

Next is the Hummel Nativity on the credenza. I TREASURE this!
My life sized Santa greets you as you enter the living room.
And the tree is visable too!
 Looking around the living room

the mantle and hearth, I have a Tree theme going this year.
the corner table with some Belsnickle Santas
 The kitchen candy tree

and the view into the kitchen
I changed up the table a little for the tour.

 Then on to the master

and the sitting room off the master where I added 2 garlands intertwined onto the love seat.
 my dresser
 and Joe's.

I took my 2 pumpkin pillows that were in the dining room for Fall, turned them around and pinned these snowflake ornaments to them for Christmas.
This pottery Madonna is a favorite piece of mine. I got it at a craft fair many years ago.

I put this Santa on the stairs so people knew not to go up.

In the dining room this tree is a new addition

Here are some shots of the luminaries. It is SO pretty to see the streets all lit up!
Joe did a great job placing ours.

Thanks for your visit! I will share downstairs tomorrow. I hope you are ready for the BIG DAY coming FAST!!!!
XO, Pinky
