Just a quick post so I can join in at the fun at Yvonne's on the menu Monday. Tonight we had meatballs for dinner, Joe's FABULOUS meatballs! I had a BIG salad and 2 meatballs and Joe had a large meatball Parm sandwich.
I didn't want to have all that bread so that is why I made the salad. It was delish. Just simple ingredients: lettuce, cucumber, some cheddar cheese, sliced grape toatoes, sliced salad olives. I was too lazy to chop up a green pepper:) Here is my plate of meatballs.
