Spring Welcome!

Even though the calendar says it is Spring, Mother Nature has not gotten the memo:( BUT, I welcome Spring inside and outside. I was waiting for something to share this welcome with you and finally got it yesterday! I made this wreath 2 years ago. I am still liking it but am making a new wreath for Spring/Summer that is not too "eastery".

On my little front "porch" I have this little bunny planter and filled it with faux flowers as I haven't found peonies yet!
This little guy is nestled by the column.
My bunny flag will stay here for awhile too.

I filled my lantern with Easter grass, pretty eggs, (I cut apart a garland), a plate and some carrots and a bow.
Not sure why this next picture got placed like this....
I filled my pot with some faux flowers for now.

The green and white plaid rug is my new purchase! I LOVE it! Got it at Target online.  I like layering rugs here by the door! It was just rolled out so isn't flat yet but I wanted to share it with you.

  1. So pretty, Pinky. I am so anxious for spring. Cold and pouring rain here in WV this morning. But, your cheerful post certainly helps.

  4. Hello! !
Celebrate this Easter with a heart filled with peace, joy and cheer! Have a happy Easter!
I am always impressed with a nice message.
In this season, Japan is stained with cherry color.
It is a very favorite season for Japanese people.
Sakura in Washington DC is also a present from Japan.
I am enjoying 70 kilometers on a road bike in cherry blossoms.
