Easter Breakfast Bar

I will probably leave a lot of the Easter decor out for awhile as our weather is NOT cooperating one darn bit:) I thought I would share the breakfast bar today. This large faux chocolate bunny I just LOVE! It came from K Mart several years ago. They had 3 sizes and I got all 3 and I am so happy as I never saw them again! I love the pretty ribbon and the bouquet of flowers she is carrying.

 I placed 2 bunnies on my wooden stands nestled on an egg candle ring. I also used my 2 bunnies pulling a chick in a cart.



 At the end of the counter I used this arrangement I made several years ago.


 Tulips, eggs, berries and filler flowers.
 I also used some dogwood branches.


 I had a different runner on here but switched it out and like this one better.

A New Vignette with Blue and White Eggs

I decided to change the coffee table as Easter is just a week away, using my blue and white eggs. I have had these for many years so don't remember where I got them. I am just so glad I have them! I placed my large egg on a candle stick and nestled it in 2 candle rings for stability.
 The smaller one is on a taller candle stick and nestled in one ring.

 I got a very small cyclamen plant last week at the grocery. I was looking for a larger one but all they had were pink and I wanted white. But it can grow now. I love the cache pot it is in.

I kept the nest on the table as we are now in Spring....I just wish Mother Nature had gotten the memo!
 My pagoda lantern stayed too.








 I like to sit on the sofa, in the sun in the afternoon to read or look at a magazine.

An Easter Welcome on the Credenza

I like to decorate the top of the credenza for the seasons as it is the first piece of furniture to welcome our guests. I placed a favorite runner down first then added some bunnies.
 I didn't like the look of the blank wall behind the center bunny so added the basket and egg wreath. The center bunny is sparkly, it is so cute with the little bunny helping his Mom:)
 On the left side are 2 silvery bunnies and a glass bunny perched up on a mercury glass piece.
 On the right side we have 2 bunnies and a lamb.






 Here is the detail of the runner. I love the colors and design.


I wish you all a very nice weekend. Our snow is melting but it isn't getting out of the 40's for days. I am so looking forward to getting outside!!!

Spring in the Living Room

I shared the mantle and hearth in my last post so thought I should share the whole living room with you today. This is looking into the living room from over by the buffet area of the kitchen.
I placed my 2 white bunnies that my daughter gave me YEARS ago on this sofa table. Then added the 1 silver bunny.
 On my tiered stand I always place 2 bunnies. Love these natural ones.
 As I said I shared the mantle and hearth in my last post so if you missed it and want to see it at night too, go back to my last post.




 When the real flowers were spent in my cache pot I redid the arrangement with some fauxs. I will share that tomorrow.

Love these pretty, bright pillows for Spring that really brighten up the sofa!

I found this blue and white potpourri at Ross last year and put it in my footed bowl.
 Love this piece.
 My bunny pillow is on the chair and I kept the throw there as we are getting 15 inches of snow today:(:(
