I wanted to share some pictures from my trip. It was WONDERFUL, I had a great time with my girlfriends! This is the view from my girlfriends deck off the condo.
She cut some hibiscus several days to have in the condo. I love them!AHHHHHH.....the BEACH! Look at the color of that water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can click on pics to enlarge.
We didn't know what kind of bird this was???? Does anyone know? They were very neat!
See their long pink beak?
This is looking out the kitchen window. What a wonderful sight to wake up to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Palm trees, green grass and impatiens in March!!!!!!!!!! Be still my heart!
We walked down to the beach one night to watch the sunset. That is my friend, Janet "holding up the sun".
This is one of the LARGE homes on the way to the beach.
I sure would love to be able to "winter in Fl." as they say! Thanks, Lois for a wonderful week!!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Pinky, Seeing your lovely photos reminds me of a trip we made to Florida a few years ago. We wanted to see sunset over the water, so we drove to a beach. A lot of people had gathered to watch sunset. The scene was similar to what your photos show. I still have tears as I remember what happened--people started clapping as the sun descended into the horizon. This is a true story. Thanks for sharing your photos. Love and hugs, Pam (Fieldstone)
ReplyDeleteAh I love those birds.
ReplyDeleteOn my ad post I provided a highlighted link to Miss Mustard Seed's blog post that give's a link to the Google Analytics site. Just click on it. The site is a bit tricky, I had to have my husband's help, but quite interesting.
Your pictures are amazing! Oh I too love those birds. They are so interesting to say the least! Sounds like you had a great time.

ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous! We've had so much snow here and still, there's a huge pile of snow out my door. Nothing like what is shown in these pictures. And now that its been snowing so much, we got mice in our house to make me even more mad. UGH. I would love a FL vacation right about now.
