I placed a round candle in it. Reminds me of a snowball!
I also am using some mercury glass votives.
And some greens under cloches!
I got a pair of these swans at Longwood Gardens several years ago. I love how they fit in just right.
The pinecone garland has greens and browns so that determined the color choices for the vignette. The runner is old but just right for here.
I am still debating about putting something on the wall behind the cloche.
Here it is at night without any lights on.
I put this sprig of greens here but have since removed it. Just not the right thing.
Ignore that greenery:)
Thanks for your visit. I am sharing this here:

Very pretty, Pinky. I especially love the wreath candleholder.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pat! And thanks for your support!
DeletePinky,
ReplyDeleteGorgeous vignette!!!
I adore your cardinal wreath candle holder, dear friend!!!
I have a pair of weathered appearing gray hinged shutters that would look fabulous behind your cloche!
If only we lived closer. . .
Fondly,
Pat
That would be perfect my friend!!
DeleteWhat a unique piece, love the cardinal wreath candle holder. I also love the two swans you have in the vignette.

Pinky,
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty Winter Vignette! I love the swans. Growing up we had a mr. And mrs. Swan that lived
In a small lake not far from our home. It was always a thrill to see them. Such majestic and
Regal birds.
Jemma
Thanks, Jemma. It was fun to out together.
DeleteVery pretty Pinky. The candles holders and your added touch are lovely. P.S. I think the next thing you need is your domain name and a drop down menu for all of your labels...xo
ReplyDeleteTesting this out with Internet Explore.
ReplyDeleteYou said you had fun doing this, and it shows! There's lots of love in your work Pinky, and it's a joy to feel your enthusiasm. Very, very pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that candle holder as well! You've really put together a stunning vignette. It reminds me a bit of what I have done on my living room mantle. I could see a small old shutter standing behind that cloche, but it looks lovely as is! Thanks for sharing with SYC. I'm sure it's not intentional, but not seeing a link back to the party.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
