Adding Summer Touches to the Master

Good morning! I have been starting to add some Summer touches to my décor and I started in the master. That is because of a new pillow and a new lantern! I first saw this lantern at my friend, Shirleys blog: housepitality designs. I immediately fell in love! I showed my hubby and he surprised me and bought the set (they come in a set of 2. They are the Brighton Pagoda lanterns. Sigh, I just love this lantern! I put together a little vignette on the table at the foot of the bed with the lantern and a Baldwin brass candle stick and an LED candle embossed with shells.

 Also, the orchid in the metal basket looking container and a large starfish.

 Here is a glimpse of the new pillow.

 I showed you the coral embroidered pillows last year and the one in the center is the new one.

 When I saw it (at Christmas Tree Shops!!!), I knew I had to add it to the bed!

 Perfect!

 On the nightstands I added a single shell from my large collection.

 Joe's side.

 On my dresser another large starfish.

Thanks for your visit. I have also changed out some of the décor in the sitting area but will share that later as this would be a long post! Have a beautiful day. I am going to attempt to bowl with my broken toe:) I did get my shoe on last night so wish me luck:)
