Foyer Chest 3 Ways!

A few weeks ago I decided to play around with the small chest in the hall between our 2 offices. Just shopping the house made everything FREE!!! Nothing new for these vignettes. This is the first thing I came up with. The lamp is a permanent fixture here. I love the rattan base, it is neutral and goes with anything. Then I added one of my Asian jars and a little flower piece I did many years ago in a small blue and white bowl.

The next one has a tropical looking box and a monkey that hangs over the edge of a shelf or whatever.

This box has always been a favorite. Can you guess where I got it?? Home Goods, of course.:):)

Then I came up with another vignette.

I have several of these plates and the leopard is my favorite, I think. The dishes are Lynn Chase and say "African Portraits" on the back.

A turtle shell that my brother-in-law found and sent to me.

So, which is your favorite??? I have to confess: it is different again right now:):) Sometimes I can't stop myself! I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's day.
