I planted impatiens across the front cause they only get a few hours of late afternoon sun.
The front porch. Today it will be changing. I got the flowers for the copper pot and will get them planted now. I also put some impatiens in the small green pot.
I LOVE how this bed turned out. The huge boulders were on the property when we started building so we told the builder to LEAVE THEM, please!!!! Joe built the birdhouse and there are eggs in there.
I planted tulips, and hyacynths around here then begonias around the perimeter so we have color all summer. We also have a hummingbird feeder here. The weeds are dying so we are trying to get the lawn looking better!!!
This is the west side of the house so lots of sun here. All of the birdhouses around the yard, Joe built.I also am getting hanging baskets for this hook today.
Can you see the difference in the mulch?
I love the DARK mulch. That is a vibunum blooming and it smells HEAVENLY!!!
Looking around to the back of the house.
A corner bed. 2 roses and another bush that I can't remember:)
The first tree here is a hydrangea topiary!
We lost 2 butterfly bushes that were in this bed so Sunday we got 2 new bushes to replace them. The feeder is for blue birds, we fill it with mealworms and they LOVE it! That is monarda coming up too.
Yesterday we got bushes for the far bed so that will be looking better soon:)
This is the east side of the house that is mostly shaded.
A pretty geranium for the patio wall. More changes are coming for here too! Stay tuned!
We did get furniture for the deck and I will share that soon too. Thanks for dropping by. I am linking to:
