A Final Thanksgiving Vignette

I thought I would share one last vignette I did for Thanksgiving. I set this on my dining room table since we are not having dinner here. Tom Turkey looks almost regal , maybe cause he knows he is SAFE:) He is sitting on a pedestal, on a tray on a bed of fluff!
 He is surrounded by hydrangeas from the yard, gourds, dried artichokes and faux acorns.
 I got these gorgeous new candle holders on the day I spent with Yvonne from Stone Gable, Shirley from Housepitality Designs and another blogger!! What a fun day we had!!!!
 I kept this simple since it will all be put away soon!




 I just love the crackle glass and iron bases. These babies are HEAVY!!! I want to wish every one of you a happy and blessed Thanksgiving. I hope you are surrounded by family. This one will be very  special as it is the first we can share with little Colleen!!!!

    Yes Tom Turkey looks safe all alone with no plates surrounding him, lol! I love the flower arrangement and that pretty runner.

    Those candleholders are perfection Pinky, and the turkey is so freakin' cute! I like decorating with the fruits of the season too...sometimes the real thing, and sometimes faux. Either way works for me :).

    I am sorry but lets face it Turkeys are not the most attractive animal on the planet, yet you have found a very handsome Turkey and have dressed him up to look darn good! Nice job! Perfect for the season!

    I'm not always a fan of a large turkey, but yours is divine! Makes a difference when you find a good looking one and add great fall elements to round him out. Perfect!
