After Easter I put away most of my bunnies and the other Easter decor. I did leave some bunnies out as they are not "eastery" but just remind me of the ones outside, plus I LOVE bunnies. So here is what I did in the breakfast room.
I really wanted to lighten things up.
I did keep my Goebel bunnies here. They are just so sweet.
I placed a pot with a nest in my hurricane with a bird next to it.
On the top shelf I replaced the Easter bunnies with these 2 bird houses and a couple of nests.
A watering can has an african violet in it. A nest and a bird on a rock and another bunny fill this side.
This pedestal and bunny moved from the dining room to this spot.
The top of the hutch got a whole new look. I removed the black lantern and dark basket and replaced them with a large white lantern, a white bunny, a pot of lily of the valley and a white birdcage.
2 garlands are woven together to drape across the top.
A cement looking bird and a nest fill the birdcage.
I really like this green pot.
Thanks for your visit. I wish you a bright, sunny, beautiful day!!!
XO, Pinky

ReplyDeleteVery cute Pinky. Love all the bunnies, birdhouses and nests. Our weekend weather outlook is not great- praying next week it will straighten up and start to feel like spring here!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Pinky. My favorite is the bunny sitting in the middle of the forsythia. We are promised 2 days of nice weather and then back to cold. Spring is taking her time this year. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely looks like Spring is in the air in the breakfast room....Love that hutch all dressed for Spring! Must say that I so love those Goebel bunnies....the cutest!!
ReplyDeleteI like that you left your bunnies out to enjoy. The Goebel bunnies made me smile. We've had very warm temps today and yesterday so hopefully Spring is here to stay. ♥
