A Christmas/Winter vignette

Good Morning my friends! Are you almost ready for Thanksgiving? We hosted Thanksgiving for over 40 years but now our daughter has taken over. Also, Colleens birthday is Nov. 20 so always in Thanksgiving week. My son comes up from Fl. for her birthday and stays through Thanksgiving so..... I now decorate for Christmas before Nov. 20th! I am all finished! It feels so good especially because Thanksgiving is so late this year! It is only 1 month til Christmas! So, I thought I would share a little vignette I did in the breakfast room to start off my Christmas posts. Joe made 2 of these tables for me for our last house. I love having one here. I made a little grouping in a white tray and then another on one of my bread boards.
I placed a small snowman on my tiny green stool with a bed of snow. Then I added 2 more snow people and a twig deer.
I love this snow lady with her FUR!!!!

Some night time shots too.

I just may leave this here past Christmas for some winter decor too.

Thanks so much for your visit. Wishing you all a VERY happy, blessed Thanksgiving!
XO, Pinky

A Winter Coffee Table Vignette

After Christmas is put away, I like to add some winter décor to some areas. The coffee table is one of the first things I do. I love this little "family" with the snowman!
 They have that vintage LOOK.
I placed them on a little runner I have that features pinecones and berries. I also added these snowball votive holders. And 2 pine trees with some snow on them.
This little guy is perched on a snowball.
And his sister is blowing her horn!
My snowflake lantern, that was a house warming gift from my sister-in-law and Joe's brother, is one of my favorites!!! It casts a beautiful glow at night. I am sorry I didn't get a nighttime picture.
I will leave this for a couple of weeks and then change it again:)

Thanks for your visit.

A Winter Coffee Table Vignette

After the Christmas sparkle is all packed away, it is still winter. So, I made a little vignette on the coffee table. This snowflake lantern from Pottery Barn was a house warming gift and I love it! The candle glow at night, or a cloudy day like this one, is so pretty.
Pines, pinecones and snow people make up this vignette. This guy is "tooting his own horn", HA! I placed him on a pretty glass candle holder to raise him up.

The little girl is so sweet. They both sit on a snowball. I love the vintage look of them!
The runner is a pinecone branch with some berries so I used a pinecone garland on the table.
The large sugar pinecones are ones I LOVE!
Did you notice the new zebra rug!!!! It was a surprise Christmas gift from Joe. It matches the new one in the dining room.
You know I love some animal print in ANY room!
It is fun to do a LITTLE winter decorating. I still have the snowmen out in the breakfast room and will share the credenza next. Thanks so much for stopping by!
