~~~Joe's Famous and Fabulous CHILI!!!~~~
Hi everyone! I hope you all had a GREAT weekend and are enjoying this beautiful Autumn weather. It has been beautiful here in Chester County, Pa. I was at a purse party today to benefit the Progeria Research Fund and then to lunch at my girlfriends. While I was gone Joe made his wonderful chili!  I thought I would share the recipe, with colder weather comiing this is a great dish for Fall and Winter. We always have "chili mac" that is just how we prefer it. I used our beautiful pumpkin bowls for tonights dinner.
 We ladle the chili on the macaroni.
 Then top it with Pecarino Romano cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh HONEY!!!!
So here is the recipe for you. I will also be sharing it at Yvonne's for On The Menu Monday at   For tons of FABULOUS recipes click on her link and go see all the great things!!!! I am also joing Foodie Friday at  and Tuesdays Treasures at  and Kim at for Wow Us Wed.
  10. my husband loves to make chili, but we never thought of putting it over macaroni pasta! Love that idea. i will mention that to my husband and I'll bet that will sound good to him too. My husband is a very good cook because he is a firefighter. He's my "meat" cooker at the house! Thanks for sharing the recipe too.
