~~~Joe's Famous and Fabulous CHILI!!!~~~
Hi everyone! I hope you all had a GREAT weekend and are enjoying this beautiful Autumn weather. It has been beautiful here in Chester County, Pa. I was at a purse party today to benefit the Progeria Research Fund and then to lunch at my girlfriends. While I was gone Joe made his wonderful chili!  I thought I would share the recipe, with colder weather comiing this is a great dish for Fall and Winter. We always have "chili mac" that is just how we prefer it. I used our beautiful pumpkin bowls for tonights dinner.
 We ladle the chili on the macaroni.
 Then top it with Pecarino Romano cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh HONEY!!!!
So here is the recipe for you. I will also be sharing it at Yvonne's for On The Menu Monday at http://www.stonegable.blogspot.com/   For tons of FABULOUS recipes click on her link and go see all the great things!!!! I am also joing Foodie Friday at http://www.designsbygollum.blogspot.com/  and Tuesdays Treasures at http://www.myuncommonsliceofsuburbia.blogspot.com/  and Kim at http://www.savvysouthernstyle.blogspot.com/ for Wow Us Wed.
  10. my husband loves to make chili, but we never thought of putting it over macaroni pasta! Love that idea. i will mention that to my husband and I'll bet that will sound good to him too. My husband is a very good cook because he is a firefighter. He's my "meat" cooker at the house! Thanks for sharing the recipe too.
  11. I love the bowls! We eat chili often in the colder months. I really like it over pasta, my husband doesn't, so I only have mine that way when I get it at Steak and Shake!
  14. Well, darn! We just made chili in bread bowls today and I would have sure tried this variation! Next time! The sausage sounds like a fun addition and I love the mac! When I was little my mom always made this and made the noodles so overcooked and swollen so I still love them just like that - ready to fall apart in your mouth.
