~~~Frosty's at the Table!!!~~~
 Hello my friends!!! Today, I had 2 friends over for lunch and my Joe joined us too! One of the girls hadn't seen the house yet so it was a great excuse to have a luncheon!!!! I wanted to set a FUN, but relaxed table. So, I chose to use my snowman dishes, centerpiece and accessories. The table is set with a casual red and white tablecloth that is my favorite winter tablecloth. Then, of course, I used my white chargers, a red dinner plate and the snowman sald plate.
 Aren't these little tophat accessories adorable?? I found them at Cracker Barrel 2 years ago. They are actually tree ornaments. They are filled with packages, candy canes, a little tree and a mini red ornament!
 I am so excited that I am getting some pretty sun shadow shots at this house too!!!
 The snowman S and P are one of the sets I have. And we used my red goblets for our beverages.
 I criss crossed the dinner and salad forks on the napkin so the pretty embroidery would show.
 Here you can see all that is in the top hats!
 We had water in my snowman pitcher.
 Here is a shot of the whole table. Our Christmas tree is here in the morning room, so we had to put the table on an angle for the Christmas season.  I actually like it like this!
 Here is my Frosty centerpiece. he sits on an oval "wreath" that I embellished with snowy picks, pinecones and snowflakes!
 Whoops, I didn't realize the remote was on the table this morning:):)
 Our salad was made with spinach, craisins, mandarin oranges, pecan pieces and feta. YUMMO!!!!!
 The dressing is a raspberry hazelnut vinaigrette. I will give you the recipe at the end of the post:):)
 I also made this cranberry mold. I WANTED to do it in my tree shaped dish, and even HAD IT OUT the other day but now can't find it........how do some things just disappear sometimes??????
 Our main dish was a chicken, broccoli casserole. It is so simple to put together. I got a rotisserie chicken from the grocery and cut it into small pieces. I mixed a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of celery soup and a 1/2 cup of milk. I placed a bag of broccoli florets in the casserole dish, added the chicken, then poured the soup mixture over it all and mixed it together. Add pepper to taste. I don't add salt as the soup has salt in it. Then put shredded SHARP chedder cheese over it all and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.  I make this quite alot as it is EASY and tastes delicious. You can also add a cup of rice if you would like that.
 Several people have asked for the dressing recipe. Here it is:
1-go to the grocery store
2- pick up a jar of Wish Bone Raspberry Hazelnut dressing
3- pay for it, go home and put it in a pretty bowl:):):)
4- Everyone loves it!!!!
Thanks SO much for stopping by. I know everyone is SO busy these days. It is hard to believe that Christmas is 2 weeks away!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited that we are in this new home, my son and sister are both coming from Fl. and will be here for a WEEK!!!! This is going to be a fun and exciting Christmas!!!! I hope you ALL have the best Christmas ever!!!! XO, Pinky
