~~~Update, Changes at the Bar!!!~~~
Joe has wanted to do stone on the base of the bar since he built it. But, it is a summer job because he had to use a wet saw and wanted to be able to do it outside. So, last week, he did it! OMGoodness, it looks amazing. We really like it and hope you do too! This is what it has looked like. Joe used cement board for the base knowing that he was going to do the stone. He then painted it this tan color.
 If you want to see the original post of the bar here is the link: http://designsbypinky.blogspot.com/2013/11/the-big-reveal-new-bar.html
As you can see, these pics were taken last Fall:)
 TA DA!!! Here is the stone!!! This was taken with the flash but it gives a better idea of the color of the stone.
 This is the view as you come down the stairs.
 This one was done without the flash. It is horrible coloring I guess because the pendants give off a gold glow. We love having people over and entertaining down here. It is a great entertaining space!!
