I stacked a clear glass charger, a BHG plate from Walmart, a snowflake salad plate also from Walmart several years ago and a pretty square bowl decorated with pinecones and berries. The square bowls say "holiday wishes" on the bottom and are made by 222 Fifth.
See the snowflakes on the napkins?
Mixing red and green flatware is unexpected but fun!
Green glass votive cups hold red candles and my red bubble goblets make another appearance.
At dinner we light the candles!
I gathered some elements in a favorite tray for my centerpiece; a hurricane is filled with faux snow and a red pillar, a snowman sits on a wood slice and a wire cage is filled with winter elements: snowballs, pinecones etc.
This little guy is handmade, bought at a craft fair years ago.
Another craft fair find and a vintage deer.
These votive holders remind me of a snowball.
Thanks so much for your visit. I so appreciate your support and sweet comments!

Pretty Winter table, Pinky!!
ReplyDeletePlaid and pinecones make a terrific combo - add some snowflakes and you've got a definite winner here! Sometimes my hubby and I sit on the same side of the table and look out the windows like you have set up here - nice to be together looking in the same direction. Your table looks perfectly cozy for staying inside during a snow storm.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful table Pinky....love the plaid and pinecones!....Now as the snow if falling and predictions of an ice event and possible power outages, I have to disagree with the little snowman...not so loving Winter now!.....ha!....Have a great weekend and stay safe and warm!
ReplyDeleteI disagree with that snowman too, I do NOT love winter either:):)
DeleteI immediately noticed the red and green flatware… looks so good with the beautiful plaid tablecloth. I also like how you put the votives on pedestals. A very pretty winter tablescape.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty table! I love the plaid tablecloth...and your cute dishes stacked up so pretty. I love to find cute things at WalMart. I bought a ten dollar large white platter prior to Thanksgiving. It's a BHG also...and when I put it next to an ironstone platter it looks pretty much the same. ha! It was a great deal and looked great too...as do your BHG dishes. Sheila
ReplyDeleteCozy table, Pinky. I have similar plates from Walmart and love using them. I've not gotten a plaid tablecloth yet but I'm on the lookout for one that's the right size. Stay warm and safe!
ReplyDeleteThis setting is fantastic. Pinecones are my favorite thing, and make me happy every time I see them. Combine them with plaid and snowflakes, and it is even better!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your visit and sweet comments!
DeleteSo pretty! Love your dishes and pine cones and plaid...the snowflakes too!
