When both sides are browned, deglaze the pan with a little water (or wine).
Then, add in the can of Golden Mushroom soup and some dried minced onion. Cover the pan and turn the heat to LOW, and let simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour. The chops become VERY tender and tasty!!!!
I usually serve them with mashed potatoes and brocolli. This is an easy weeknight dinner. Hope you enjoy it if you try it.

Yum! That looks like a delicious meal. We eat a lot of porkchops. I'll have to give that recipe a try.

ReplyDeleteHI Pinky! OH, I just love pork chops and this sounds so yummy. I'll have to try it. I used to make pork chops in the slow cooker with cream of mushroom soup. This sounds so much better.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tip about eh easels. That does sound like a great way to decorate a wreath. These little metal baskets had a bottom so they stood up for me! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
