I remembered I had these napkins and they go beautifully with the cloth. I gathered them in my grapevine rings for lots of texture.
Simple cream handled flatware.
My watering can S and P add a special touch.
This is our view while we eat:):)
My pink gerber daisy is putting out new flowers....soon.
The design on the pot works well with the edge of the yellow plate.
Pale green goblets for our drinks.
The fork in a miniature gardening glove just for fun.
I remembered I had this little cart. It is very old, I painted it green. I forget what color it was originally. I then filled it with these flowers and added some little embellishments.
For dinner we had pasta salad,
Black bean, black eyed peas, and corn salad, with red onion, olive oil and agave nectar. It can be used as a dip but I love to eat it like this! If anyone wants the recipe, just let me know.
and grilled pork chops.

ReplyDeleteWell, your first outdoor table is definitely a charmer! The gold and rose plates are a great combo. I really like your yellow tablecloth - I think I had a comforter in that fabric at one time, is it Waverly? You also are tempting me with the pasta salad, my weakness! Jane
